Brother Benjamin Franklin's Time Management Tips

 

  1. Strive to be authentic - be honest with yourself.
  2. Favor trusting relationships.
  3. Always maintain a lifestyle that will maximize your energy.
  4. Always listen to your biorhythms and organize your plan accordingly.
  5. Set few priorities and stick to them.
  6. Turn down things that are not consistent with your priorities.
  7. Set aside time for focused effort.
  8. Constantly look for ways of doing things faster and better.
  9. Learn to build solid processes that run without your attention.
  10. Learn to spot troubles ahead and find solutions.
  11. Break your goals into smaller units and handle one task at a time. 
  12. Finish what's important and stop doing what's not worthwhile.
